What is involved?
Participation in the study will be for 2 years. Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (Accordion Procedure) is an endoscopic minimally-invasive weight loss procedure using an endoscope and a suturing device.

What is the purpose of this study?
To compare the effectiveness of the Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) for achieving long-term weight loss when compared to lifestyle therapy
